Today, La Jeannette offers both bags and leather accessories. The collections are produced in small series and adapted to the customers’ needs, with the production carried out in a workshop located in her birthplace of Ukraine. The location of this production site is in the former combat zone between Russia and Ukraine, where Gulchak has fostered a certain social engagement social by creating and maintaining employment for women in high-risk zones.
A Lille native since she was 10-years-old, now 25-year-old Gulchak has always been attracted to entrepreneurship and fashion accessories. So it was natural, upon finishing her studies in business, for her to launch her own leather goods label.
