Are you a Do-It-Yourself master or amateur? Do you yearn to create? If so, Maisons de Mode has just the thing to allow you to explore your imagination, with seven skilled designers to help turn your flights of fancy into something real.
Marché des Modes will be offering more than the standard stands with a series of DIY workshops for kids and adults.
On trend more than ever, these Do-It-Yourself workshops headed by the designers themselves will take place in a space dedicated to creation, much like a studio for a great artist.
Maisons de Mode has chosen the cream of the creative crop to lend their talents:
-> Wundertüte will offer a workshop to create your own personal mini-cactus in paper and another workshop to craft tote bags with cactus embroidery
-> Sainte Courtisane will help you create reversible mini-satchels in fabric, which will be a must for the summer
-> House of Vice will help you create two-tone leather bracelets, the designing duo’s signature look
-> Le Fleuriste, will help you fashion crowns of flowers accented with ribbons
-> Gisèl B, who will help you create gold-plated rings, adorned with coloured pearls
-> Dame Belette, will contribute her expertise at paper flower wreaths perfect for livening up any space
-> Ninii will help make wacky appliqués and embroidered patches for cotton clothing worn by the public…
Would you like to take part? Space is limited in each workshop, so we recommend that you sign up quick. Families and friends will show their creative sides, and what better way to do so? Also, take advantage of being at the Marché to view the latest work of designers from all around France and Belgium: clothing, jewellery, leather goods, and other accessories. The place: ENSAIT and Le Vestiaire. The date: 27-29 May 2016.
See you there !
