Maisons de Mode in the Media

AnaOzi in the latest A Nous Lille !

Femininity, lightness and sweetness: these are the words that best describe AnaOzi.  Created by Polish-born designer Anna Ozimczuk, the jewellery line is the product of her lifelong passion. AnaOzi became part of Maisons de Mode a year ago: “I had already participated in many Marchés des Modes.

Then they suggested I take part in a Pop-Up Store at Le Vestiaire in Roubaix to test how and if my work could be integrated into Maisons de Mode at the end of Spring 2013,” Ozimczuk remembers. “I’ve always been drawn to beautiful materials and stones. Following my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, one of the most prestigious art schools in Poland, I moved to France and took some night courses at Esmod while working for APC and Martin Margiela. At the same time, I was creating jewellery that my girlfriends loved!” She finally launched her business in 2009. After three years of creating one-off pieces and limited series, she finally created her first proper collection, Icone, which made AnaOzi a designer to watch. “All my jewellery uses gold-plated brass,” Ozimczuk says. “I work with many natural stones, such as amazonite, agate and hematite.

For summer, I’m using brighter tones in stones like turquoise and coral.” The designer also offers variations on her best-selling pieces, such as the Simoun ring and the Bianca necklace, in new colours. Available now in her shop.
